Gold Partnership and strategic influence

We help shape how Kentico is used at enterprise scale.

MSQ DX holds Kentico Gold Partner status alongside both Accelerator Expert and Quality Expert accreditation. We were the first partner in Europe to achieve Quality Expert certification, a credential held by only the top 2% of partners globally. Our Technical Director, Phil King, sits on Kentico’s Partner Advisory Board, contributing directly to partnership strategy and product direction.

That level of involvement translates into tangible advantages for clients:

  • Early visibility of platform direction: Your technology decisions benefit from understanding where Xperience by Kentico is heading, not just where it is today

  • Direct escalation pathways: When complex technical challenges arise, we have established relationships with Kentico’s product and engineering teams

  • Migration expertise recognised by Kentico: Our Accelerator Expert accreditation reflects proven methodology for delivering enterprise-grade Kentico builds at pace

  • Quality-audited delivery: Quality Expert certification validates our development standards, security practices, and project methodology through independent Kentico review

This isn’t a partnership maintained at arm’s length. We’ve invested in the relationship through the difficult periods too, contributing platform feedback and migration learnings that have shaped how Kentico supports its wider partner network.

Hybrid headless DXP, built for marketing teams

Content management and multichannel delivery, designed to work together.

Xperience by Kentico is a hybrid headless digital experience platform built on .NET and React. In practice, that means your marketing team gets an intuitive page builder and visual editing experience for websites, whilst your content can also be delivered to mobile apps, digital kiosks, and headless channels through the same Content Hub.

Kentico’s hybrid headless architecture gives marketing teams direct control over web pages through the visual Page Builder, whilst developers get API-first flexibility to deliver content to any channel through GraphQL endpoints. Both from the same platform, using the same Content Hub as a single source of truth.

Content is channel-agnostic: create it once, apply workflows and taxonomies consistently, then publish across web, email, and headless channels. When something changes, update it in one place and it propagates everywhere.

For organisations running Microsoft-aligned technology estates, Xperience by Kentico integrates naturally with Azure, Dynamics, and SharePoint. Deployment options include Kentico-managed SaaS or private cloud, with transparent licensing on Standard and Advanced tiers.

MSQ DX's Kentico Gold Partnership spans 15+ years

AIRA: native AI that scales your marketing

AI built into the platform, available where your team already works.

Kentico’s AIRA is an AI suite embedded directly within Xperience by Kentico. It went into general availability in February 2026 as part of the Agentic Marketing Suite, and it targets a specific pain point: marketing teams that have no shortage of ideas but lack the bandwidth to execute them.

AIRA’s capabilities span content generation and refinement, AI-powered image transformation, automated content tagging, translation with configurable brand terminology, and an in-product guidance chatbot that uses Kentico’s own documentation as its knowledge base. These capabilities work with your existing content, channels, and customer data directly inside the DXP.

For organisations that are cautious about AI adoption, particularly in sectors like legal, professional services, and manufacturing, AIRA offers a pragmatic entry point. It’s native to the platform, commercially protected (no data is stored or used for model training), GDPR-compliant, and can be globally disabled with a single configuration setting if your organisation’s AI policy requires it.

MSQ DX brings deep AI strategy and transformation experience across our wider practice. We help clients identify where AIRA’s native capabilities will drive genuine productivity gains, whether that’s accelerating content production, reducing translation costs, or improving editorial workflows, and we build measurement models that quantify the impact.

Proven commerce and enterprise delivery

Translink: Kentico Site of the Year 2025 (Commerce). The first Kentico 12 to Xperience by Kentico upgrade in Europe.

Our Translink implementation is a named commerce proof point for the Kentico ecosystem. It serves 1.5 million+ passengers through a PCI-compliant ecommerce platform, managing ticket sales, journey planning, and content across a complex multi-channel estate, all within Xperience by Kentico.

Translink was one of the earliest organisations to upgrade from Kentico 12 directly to Xperience by Kentico, bypassing version 13 entirely. That journey gave us firsthand experience of the platform’s evolution and its breaking-change cycle, knowledge that now informs how we scope and de-risk every Kentico engagement.

Beyond Translink, our implementations span professional services, events, industrial manufacturing, financial services, and membership organisations. Our track record includes hundreds of Kentico-powered websites and over 20 Site of the Month and Site of the Year awards.

We don’t just deliver technically sound platforms. Our discovery process integrates Kentico’s ROI calculator alongside our proprietary Business Impact Framework to establish baseline metrics and define measurable targets before a project begins. You go into internal sign-off conversations with hard numbers, and every subsequent review tracks progress against outcomes that matter to your board, not just your digital team.

Migration expertise and end-of-support readiness

Kentico 13 reaches end of support in December 2026. The time to plan is now.

For organisations running Kentico 13, the December 2026 end-of-support deadline creates a clear decision point. After that date, no further security patches or platform updates will be released. That doesn’t mean your site stops working overnight, but it does mean increasing risk, compliance exposure, and the gradual loss of vendor support.

MSQ DX’s Accelerator Expert accreditation reflects our proven approach to delivering enterprise-grade migrations at pace. We bring two proprietary tools that make a material difference to the process:

  • Nimbus: Our AI-powered content migration and transformation platform automates content extraction, field mapping, and transformation into Xperience by Kentico’s Content Hub structure. On large-scale migrations, this has delivered 10x speed improvements and 3 to 5x cost reductions compared to manual approaches.

  • DXA (Digital Experience Accelerator): Our implementation framework compresses delivery timelines by 30 to 50% without cutting corners on quality.

We also take a platform-neutral view of migration and we’ll be honest with you about that. Our portfolio includes Kentico, Optimizely, Storyblok, Umbraco, and other platforms, which means we recommend based on your requirements, not our partnership targets.

If you’re approaching an end-of-support decision, we offer a planning guide and a free EOL risk assessment to help you understand your options and build a business case for the right path forward.

Our approach: senior-led, AI-enabled, outcome-focused

We keep senior minds close to the work.

Every Kentico implementation is led by senior practitioners who’ve delivered at enterprise scale. We’re over 500 specialists strong across the DACH region, UK and US, which gives you access to strategy, design, data, and marketing capability alongside deep technical delivery. But we keep teams close to the work. You won’t get lost in layers of account management.

Our implementations follow a defined approach:

  • Discovery and business case: Understanding your business challenges and defining measurable outcomes before touching technology

  • Architecture and content modelling: Building scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to your growth trajectory

  • Agile delivery: Iterative implementation with continuous client collaboration

  • Quality assurance: Testing across functionality, performance, accessibility, and security

  • Managed services: Ongoing support, optimisation, and strategic guidance as your platform and business evolve

We measure our success by what we help you achieve: marketing productivity gains, operational efficiency, revenue growth, competitive advantage. If we can’t measure the impact, we don’t build it.

FAQs _

Our Most Asked Questions

What does Kentico Gold Partner status mean, and what additional certifications does MSQ DX hold?

Kentico’s partner programme has several tiers, with Gold requiring annual certification across development, content modelling, and sales, plus a Partner Quality Audit conducted by Kentico on a live Xperience by Kentico project. MSQ DX holds Gold status alongside two additional credentials. Our Accelerator Expert accreditation recognises proven methodology for delivering Kentico implementations at enterprise pace and scale. Our Quality Expert certification, held by only the top 2% of Kentico partners globally, validates development standards, security implementation, and project delivery methodology through independent audit. We were the first partner in Europe to achieve it. Our Technical Director also sits on Kentico’s Partner Advisory Board, contributing to partnership strategy and product direction.

What is Xperience by Kentico and how does it differ from Kentico 13?

Xperience by Kentico (sometimes referred to as XbyK) is Kentico’s current-generation hybrid headless DXP, built on .NET and React. It represents a significant architectural shift from Kentico 13, with a unified Content Hub for channel-agnostic content management, a visual Page Builder for marketing teams, headless delivery via GraphQL endpoints, and native AI capabilities through AIRA. The platform is deployed as Kentico-managed SaaS or private cloud, with transparent licensing across Standard and Advanced tiers. Kentico 13 reaches end of support in December 2026, meaning no further security patches or updates after that date. Moving from Kentico 13 to Xperience by Kentico is classified as an upgrade rather than a migration, though the architectural differences mean it requires careful scoping. MSQ DX delivered one of the earliest Kentico 12 to XbyK upgrades in Europe with Translink.

What is AIRA and how does it fit into a Kentico implementation?

AIRA is Kentico’s native AI suite, embedded directly within Xperience by Kentico. It reached general availability in February 2026 as part of the Agentic Marketing Suite. Its capabilities include content generation and refinement, AI-powered image transformation with auto focal point detection, automated content tagging and metadata generation, translation with configurable brand terminology, customer journey insights, and an in-product guidance chatbot. AIRA is available on the Advanced licence tier and runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. All data is commercially protected: nothing is stored, logged, or used for model training, and the feature can be globally disabled with a single configuration setting. AIRA targets marketing teams who need to scale output without growing headcount, making it particularly relevant for organisations with small-to-medium marketing functions.

What is involved in migrating from Kentico 13 to Xperience by Kentico?

The upgrade from Kentico 13 to Xperience by Kentico is a well-defined but substantive project. The architectural differences mean it is not a straightforward version bump. Content modelling typically needs reworking to take advantage of the new Content Hub and reusable content types. Page templates move to the new Page Builder framework. Custom functionality and third-party integrations require review and, in some cases, rebuilding. The scale of work depends on the complexity of your current implementation: a content-focused site with standard functionality will be lighter than a multi-site estate with heavy customisation and commerce requirements. MSQ DX’s Accelerator Expert accreditation and proprietary tools — Nimbus for content migration and DXA for implementation acceleration — are specifically designed to reduce the effort, cost, and risk of this process. We recommend starting the planning conversation at least six to nine months ahead of your target go-live to allow for proper scoping and phased delivery. Please see our planning guide for more details.
